Cannon West performed approximately 30,000 CY of cut and fill for the development of the new 35,000 SF facility, including extensive preparation for the building's large mat slab foundation.

The project also included a significant 12-inch water main improvement, sanitary sewer bypass, and site utility improvements serving Aims Community College.

Cannon West performed site development for a new three-story standalone school building with a full basement. The project included large-scale excavation and earthwork to support the new structure and surrounding site improvements.

Cannon West also self-performed cement treatment of soils on Highland Drive and constructed the CDOT turn-lane improvements along Highway 66, delivering a complete site and roadway package.

Cannon West completed underground utility improvements for the new Whole Foods Market in Arvada, including installation of an ADS StormTech underground stormwater management system.

The project also included the domestic water service, grease interceptor, and associated roof drain systems serving the new store.

Cannon West performed site development for a 25,000 SF addition to Chappelow Middle School, including earthwork for the new building, multi-level interior ramps, and performing arts stage.

The project also included parking lot improvements, major HDPE storm drainage infrastructure upgrades, and demolition for new playground, outdoor recreation, and concrete flatwork areas.
